We would like to bring to your attention the RNA 2008 conference that will take place this year in Europe, in the fascinating city of Berlin, from Monday, July 28th through Sunday, August 3rd , 2008. This 13th annual meeting of the RNA society covers all exciting aspects of RNA research, including RNAi, RNA structure and folding, translation, splicing mechanisms, RNA transport, catalytic RNA, ribonucleoproteins, noncoding RNAs, viral RNA mechanisms, RNA & disease, novel methods in RNA/RNP research, and more. The conference will commence on Monday (July 28th) evening with a special session on microRNA with talks by Dr. David Baulcombe, Dr. Phil Sharp and Dr. Tom Tuschl. Being in the heart of Europe this year, RNA 2008 provides the chance for you and members of your institute to attend this annual, international RNA conference with minimal effort. Accommodation is available also for small budgets (150 euro per week).
The deadline for submission of abstracts and early registration is Monday, March 24, 2008.
