Project description:
Laboratory of Neurophysiology of Mind is looking for a Postdoc!
The Laboratory of Neurophysiology of Mind is a young and dynamically growing research group at the Nencki Institute in Warsaw. We are interested in the relationship between the brain’s bioelectrical activity and the mind. Among other approaches, we use a unique methodology of recording the activity of single neurons in humans, combined with advanced analytical techniques (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41562-025-02235-02025).
Additionally, we have assembled a large clinical EEG database containing over 35,000 recordings — a unique resource worldwide that provides an opportunity to develop generalizable prediction algorithms.
We are currently looking for a postdoctoral researcher to work with this database and develop algorithms for clinical diagnosis and outcome prediction.
