PROCEDURE
Combine items 1 and 2, mix well. Combine 6, 12 and 13, heat slightly and mix until uniform, add to batch. In a separate beaker, combine 3 to 5 and 7 to 9, heat slightly until all dissolved, add to batch with agitation. Heat batch to 65°C, mix well and cool. Add 10 and11.
