Anti-Oxidant Tan Booster – Paraben-FreeFormula # J3/15A

JEESILC® PS-CM is a non-crosslinked silicone copolymer that provides an exceptional elegant, smooth feel without
oiliness.

JEECIDE® CAP-5 is a globally-approved broad spectrum paraben-free preservative system effective against bacteria,
yeast and mold. Cranberol™ is a proprietary supercritical CO2 extracted cranberry seed oil. It has the highest levels of
alpha, gamma and delta tocopherols and tocotrienols and provides excellent anti-oxidant protection for sun exposed skin.

JEECHEM® FS-102 is a cost effective fragrance solubilizer and also assists in the dissolution of Tyrosine which is only
partly soluble in an aqueous system.

Procedure:
1.) Add D.I. Water and Glycerin and sprinkle in Ultrez® 10 under propeller mixing. Heat Phase A to 70°C.
2.) Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 75°C.
3.) When phases are at temperature, insert homomixer into Phase A and add Phase B.
4.) Cool batch to 55-60°C and add Phase C.
5.) When uniform, add pre-mix Phase D slowly with homogenization.
6.) Change to sweep and add Phase E. Pre-mix Phase F and add to batch slowly.
7.) Cool batch to 45°C and pre-mix Phase G and add to batch.
