intoDNA is an innovative biotech startup developing STRIDE - a revolutionary technology for direct DNA damage detection used by global pharmaceutical leaders. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Laboratory Technician to support our laboratory operations and contribute to our growing research team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure the smooth running of the lab by maintaining equipment, inventory, and supplies
● Prepare essential laboratory supplies and maintain mammalian cell cultures
● Perform cellular assays (including IF or IHC staining) and provide technical support for experimental workflows
● Maintain laboratory documentation and perform all tasks in accordance with GCP quality standards
● Provide operational assistance to our scientists to drive research forward
Requirements:
● MSc in Life Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related)
● Solid laboratory technical skills including proficiency in preparing buffers and solutions and the ability to follow protocols with high attention to detail
● Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture
● Familiarity with cell and/or tissue-based assays
● Ability to work within GCP quality systems and maintain structured documentation
● Excellent work organization and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
● Good communication skills in English
● Nice to have: Experience with microscopy imaging or working in an industrial setting
