For our Client, one of the world’s leading biotechnology companies we are currently recruiting for a position of Tenders and Contracts Lead with French or Italian. We require 3 to 5 years of experience in sales administration or customer care and minimum 2 years of relevant people management experience, if possible in the medical or biotechnology field. Main task of hired person will be leading and coordinating local Contract team activities. Key responsibility will be the contact for the business partner/manager and coordinate all local administrative activities and duties. Leader will also report KPIs for the group, analyse statistics and compile accurate reports as well as recruit, coach, develop and evaluate personnel. We are looking for people who demonstrate leadership are able to effectively prioritise and organise workload, desire to drive standardisation and process improvement, have attitude and willingness to lead others through change. Knowledge of the methods and procedures of the Public Procurement Administration will be an asset. Excellent French or Italian written and verbal communication skills as well as good command of English is a must.
