The successful applicant will actively participate in the pursuit of genetic and epigenetic dysfunctions in brain tumors achieved by genome-wide mapping of non-coding, putative regulatory sites and their functional characterization. The postdoctoral fellow will learn and apply state-of-the-art high throughput (ATAC-seq, DNA-Seq, RNA-Seq, ChIP-seq) and reverse genetic methodologies. She/he will have opportunities to attend international conferences, and participate in workshops and other career development programs in preparation for a leadership role in academia or industry.
